General Terms and Conditions of Sale

LM Kustom

Article 1 - Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of LM Kustom and its customers in connection with the sale of customized products and accessories via the website [URL of the shop]. Any order placed on our site implies the unreserved adherence to these GTC.


Article 2 - Products and Prices


The products sold are those presented on the site, within the limits of available stocks. LM Kustom reserves the right to change the assortment of articles at any time. Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery costs. LM Kustom reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the current rates indicated at the time of ordering.


Article 3 - Orders


The customer places an order on the site by selecting the desired products and then validating his cart. Any order is final only after confirmation of payment. LM Kustom reserves the right to cancel any order of a customer in case of previous dispute.


Article 4 - Payment


Payment is made online via the secure payment methods offered on the site (credit card, PayPal, etc.). LM Kustom does not keep any bank information.


Article 5 - Delivery


The products are shipped to the address indicated when ordering. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and mode of delivery chosen. LM Kustom cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. In case of receipt of a damaged package, it is recommended to make a claim with the carrier and inform LM Kustom within 48 hours.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal and returns


In accordance with the legislation in force, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal. Custom products are not taken back or exchanged, except in the case of a proven defect. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Article 7 - Warranties and Liability


The products are covered by legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. LM Kustom shall not be held liable for any indirect damage that may occur during the use of the products.


Article 8 - Protection of personal data

The personal information collected is intended for order management and to improve customer experience. In accordance with the law on data protection and freedom, the customer has a right of access, rectification and deletion of his data.


Article 9 - Applicable law and disputes

These GCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
